RETURNS & EXCHANGES

– Returns will be accepted within a period of 15 business days from the date of receipt of the merchandise by the customer, and provided that the conditions set out on this page are met (art. 44 of the Retail Trade Regulation Law of 1996). modified in 2002)

– To make any return, you must contact us by email: ventas@desguacescordoba.com and we will respond with acceptance, if applicable, complying with the established deadlines and conditions.

– Our pieces have a unique reference. They are sealed to prevent manipulation, as well as photographed, to justify their condition.

– If the change is due to an error on the part of the customer (when placing the order), the customer will bear the shipping costs. In the event that the error was ours, the customer will receive the requested merchandise at no additional cost.

– All returns for unjustified reasons will have the management costs incurred deducted.

Returns that meet the following characteristics will not be accepted:

– According to Law 47/2002 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, consumables that have been unsealed or internal identification marks have been manipulated.

– Products that have been purchased for testing.

The delivery times for automotive parts and spare parts are counted from the moment the order leaves our warehouse. In some cases, our online sales staff will contact you to inform you or request clarification or information regarding the product (part reference, characteristics, compatibilities, OEM references...).

Our transportation providers usually deliver during business hours. If you have any time preference for delivery, you can indicate it to us in the order comment. The supplier will try to comply with it, to the extent of its schedule and route possibilities.
