GUARANTEE, CR DESGUACES CÓRDOBA SL

Any of our products has a 1 year warranty.

CR Desguaces Córdoba SL must be immediately informed of any malfunction of the part as long as it is within the warranty period. In the event that the material sent is not as specified in the invoice, disagreement with the part or error on the part of the customer, the customer will have 30 days to claim a refund.

GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS AND SALES GUARANTEE ON USED MATERIAL:

1. If the part is defective, we will offer you another identical one and if we do not have stock, we will refund the amount.
2. To cover the guarantee on ENGINES it is mandatory to replace the complete distribution kit, water pump and thermostat since it is impossible to determine the exact wear of these parts. The warranty does not cover engine accessories, injection pump, injectors, turbo hoses or coils. There will also be no warranty service due to improper use of the engine.
3. All our pieces are sealed and with warranty seals, incorrect handling or removal of the seal immediately voids the warranty.
4. The separate sale of items such as Used Injection Pump, Used Injector, control units and electronic components would at no time cover the shipping costs incurred. The customer will have a period of 30 days from the date of sale to return said pieces.
5. CR Desguaces Córdoba SL can always offer a replacement or return service for defective material. At no time would the warranty cover workshop labor, storage or immobilization of the vehicle. When the part is replaced, the warranty would remain with the initial date of sale.
6. At no time can the guarantee be used without the sales documentation, invoice, ticket or delivery note.
7. As long as the reasons for return are not specified or the material request was incorrect, shipping costs will not be paid.
8. Damage caused in transport and not reported within 24 hours of receipt is excluded from this guarantee. Breakage during transport of items that are or include glass will never be a reason for return.
9. The payment for the replacement will be made within 10 days after receiving the product in our facilities and once it has been checked and verified.

After reading and approving it and in proof of compliance, the client accepts these conditions.
